Put ignition on press accelerator pedal about ten times and you will hear fuel pump in tank working leave it to do its thing for a couple of mins then try to start should work first time if not might be pump in tank

Yes it is very easy just take the two pipes off where they go into cab

Right all is sorted heaters are roasting hot now removed pipes to matrix blew out with steam cleaner lots of crap came out done for about 10 mins till clear water came out bleed system again and put new cap on tested done haha thanks for your posts

Just checked the thermostat that is ok gonna go and buy a tank cap because it don't look in best of nick do you think matrix is blocked. ?

Will it crank ? Not just a simple starter motor or signal wire come off ??

Check rad isn't blocked did you skim head wen you replaced gasket ?

Check the spring and shocker as for belt my idle pulley was at fault just take ur belt off and check for play

It makes noise when indicators are put on when electrics are connected to trailer so you remember you are towing mine done it was water in plug
