clicking

I have a strange clicking noise when i reverse my td5 say into a parking spot.i have fitted a terrafima + 2 lift kit and fitted range rover 255/65.18s on wheel spacers and spigot rings fitted.the car has been standing near 3 months.it sounds a bit like an old mini cv joint.could be cv joint or could it be transferbox.it has probably only done 10 miles today as the first time it moved.
any ideas please.

Embarrassed, my clicking turned out to be the tyre rubbing on the front bumper splash guard that i hadnt refitted properly.
