    Whats it worth

Sounds like youve sorted all its faults - Why sell it now I know when a car has needed work doing on it you can get ****ed off and and sell but as long as it doesn't need more work doing it must be better to keep it and get some value out of your repairs

What music do you play in your LR?

I either listen to Radio 2 or 5 Live when using radio but most of the time I use my Iphone 4S as an Ipod as my Pioneer stereo is Iphone compatible At the moment its Stereophonics or Neil Youngs Gr Hits. I have varied taste from Creed to Steely Dan, Elton John (early stuff) to Leanne Rimes...

    Dog and lemon

I was nearly put off by all the bad press about the Freelander but I bought it anyway as IMO it was great value and potentially gave me everything I needed in a car So far I am very happy with it and plan to keep it long term. All cars ten years old need things doing to them and with a...

    Rustproofing Freddo ready for Winter

Taking advantage of the fact it had been dry weather for the past ten days last weekend I went to town on the underneath of Freddo ready for winter On Saturday I first jacked up the drivers side, brushed of any loose rust - Wasn't much to be honest apart from the Petrol tank cradle. Then I...

    Reverse gear grinding

Ensure that the Clutch release arm is fully stripped then lubricated when they do the work on the clutch. I still think there is a good chance that lack of lube there that's causing the problem When I get mine done I will be fitting one of these clutch release arms with a grease nipple so it...

    Nankang Tyres??

I've been having a good look at budget brands of tyres for Freddo and the one type of tyre I wouldn't fit is a new chinese tyre from what I've read The best budget/ mid range tyre manufacturer is the korean firm Nexen. I've had three setts on three different cars and they perform really well...
