Thanks guys, ill try the air intake and fuel rail sensor. The MAF is disconnected, and the vent filter has been changed. Very frustrated, now starts ok in the morning and after being left for a few hours very stubborn to start and lots of black smoke. Arggggghhhhhh.....:mad:

Cheers, any ideas on the bad starting and black smoke though, checked the turbo hoses and all ok, also forgot to mention crankcase filter also changed.
