Hi fellas , had my discovery td5 fitted with egr blanking plate and svs repair but when I drove it up the road has suddenly developed a flat spot at about two thousand revs , foot flat down and nothing for few seconds and then takes off at three and a half thousand revs ? Was not there before...

After what seems like a life time I appear to have got rid of abs woes ! Found a mechanic to run diagnostics and perform wiring bypass on svs . £80.00 well spent . Next job is engine re map as am told will transform my disco 2 td5 . Runs smooth anyway but any extra mpg most welcome !

Watched the you tube link and looked like a mechanics job rather than a builders ! Is it an enthusiast I need or a garage ? Wish I could do all the jobs though as love my landy

Have looked at the abs mod landrover club link a couple of times and can only see half of it as rest not loading ? Is anywhere else I can look ?

Have just picked disco up and all the guy would tell me is needs a whole new modulator , he was a **** and didn't like me mentioning shuttle valve or wiring mod so will not be using him again ! I have twelve months mot and disco still goes down hills and stops ! Is just annoying and want cheap...

Hi disco lovers / haters ! Just got mine back from diagnostics for three amigo woes and told is abs modulator needed , by the time it's fitted they want just about two grand which is more than it cost and about two grand more than I've got ! Any advice is hugely appreciated

Hi , I have a nasty rubbing from steering when sharp turning going to full lock , sounds/feels like its column/steering wheel rather than underside ? Grateful for advice ? Fluids are topped up
