Hi, just an update on my 33tdi heater. after it blew the coolant out the thermostat housing bung i decided to change the thermostat quickly. Magic, heater works perfectly. Thanks for all the replies and help. cheers, hairy.

Hi, have been reading thread on mpg, where can u get an egr blanking plate and where does it fit on the valve. Have been told that if you remove the small black pipe at the valve end and put a screw in it and then put the pipe it does the same job (true). Cheers, hairy.
