I've just ordered a replacement radiator top hose for my 4.4 V8. Some people have said the viscous fan needs to be removed to change the hose as a part of it runs down the bottom of the rad. Is this true or is it possible to replace the hose without removing the fan ?

Just about to order the engine oil for my 2003 4.4 V8 from Euro Car Parts and in the list of oils is Triple QX 5w40 Fully Synthetic for PD engines. Is this oil correct for my Range Rover as it's for diesels ? It's half price on offer at £24.99 for 5 litres so will be good if it is the right stuff.

The radio in my 2002 4.4 Vogue was stuck at the same volume when I bought the Range Rover. It switched on and off but the volume knob didn't do anything neither did the volume controls on the steering wheel. Now it won't work at all, the screen works as it did before as does the computer etc...
