    I did mine on Saturday, used a bearmach seal and it fitted a treat. Took longer to put the seal on the glass than it did fitting it, have to say it was pretty simple to fit.

    Kranzle are superb, hard on the pocket but well worth it. I've had mine for nearly ten years and hasn't missed a beat yet.

    I went out this morning and turned crank until the timing mark appeared in the bung hole at bottom, then i took the bung out at the top and the timing mark wasnt there . Rotated until the other mark appeared in the bottom and the mark was at the top, happy days untili looked at the cam and pump...

    Bloody Britpart drop arm kit doesn't fit

    I spent a few hours last Saturday fitting the bearmach borg &beck kit, what a pain in the ass it was. Ended up using lower part of the old one and the plate too, at twenty odd quid should have went OEM.

    I've just finished the lines on my rebuild, it looks like the brackets are on the wrong sides, hopefully the experts will agree the upstand part should be beside the disc either that or I've mine on the wrong way around lol.

    I'm kinda thinking just replace all seals and hopefully be solve the problem, is there any other problems that I could run into or anything I should be aware of before I jump in? Is it a nightmare job to do? Thanks in advance to anyone that can advise.

    I got the timing belt cover off tonight and found the belt to be in pretty good shape, it actually looks like brand new. There seems to be a little bit of oil around the bottom pulley, is this normal ?

    Nice one, thanks a lot for that. I can see the toolbox liner coming out lol, I'm off a few days after today and want to put them back in.
