I have just read that the weight ratio on these wheels are 900kg when the recommended ratio is 940kg, that may explain some of the issues. They were originally on a RR Sport. Just checked inside the drivers door, it only goes up to 19". Looks like I need to replace the wheels and go for 19"...

Hi, I have left it on 'normal' and 'off-road height' on separate occasions and it isn't losing any air. She goes up and down when asked. I will take some pictures and post later. Unsure if it is the drivers side that is low or the passengers side that is too high. Thanks again
