hi ive done a engine swap from a air con 300tdi 5door, to a non air con 3 door doner car, and my wiring out of the 5 door didnt fit so had to stick with the dodgy one that came with the 3 door (dodgy as in clips been cut of and clip not there were they are on the 5 door loom) so im at a total...

hi were would i connect the engine crane to the engine as dont wana stress or break any components with the weight on the lift, (or drop ;) ) i just cant find any links/posts for a engine removal ANYWERE :(

hi ive found a small gearbox leak but not to sure were it is exactaly, it just builds up and drips off were you drain the oil (its not from the drain plug lol) can you change gaskets seals etc, are there just to hard etc and if so what do i do, thanks

up 2 u mate, the backs off and the front will be in a week, as gota remove the engine before i can remoove the front axle, but ur welcome to them as im scrapping them anyways and would rather them go to good use, maybe get a courier as im not charging you for them

what do you need as the brakes side of it are really rusty but axels are ok, bita surface rust but good underseal and your be sweet ??

if you look properly you can source a good one for about 1500 pound mate, the engines are really good engines, go for the 300tdi rather than the 200tdi, there good twing motors aswell, it would last you 5 yrs plus if you look after it, just make shore its checked for rust before you get it, they...
