RR 2006 4.4 petrol jag engine. cant figure out whats wrong with this.i have no codes coming up. i changed the air intake filter. plus fuel cap. no change tested for leaks on air pipes. nothing. cleaned map sensor. havent cleaned throttle body yet but i dont think it could be that. it was driving...

at a cost of 850 installing LPG i have had no problems. i was told the 4.4 run cooler than 4.2 on lpg so the heat doesnt cause a problem to the engine. . up to now its been great.my wife used the RR for work 130 miles a day. so soon got the money back from LPG, i have another 2006 with same...

these are the best engine for lpg 40 miles to gallon. because they run colder than other engines ive found.

yes filler cap could be the problem. as i have messed around with it and fuel consumption has come back good over the last couple of days. so i will keep a check on it thanks.

here is a rack i bought in haste, before i had fully checked my RR and ended up not needing. so im now selling it. it came with a warranty. dont know if its transferable. its still wrapped in shrink wrap. I never opened it. it is a recon. 300 quid ono.

im restoring an 86/87 its engine has done 200.000 it has been looked after its a great engine. just goes to show they can run for along time if oil and filters are changed often.

i see this every week. down the road from me. with alsorts of vehicle,s. alot of the cars on the roads have had stuff done to them like this, that workshop near me do hundreds a year.

i here on 2.7 its quite common for this water problem from the EGR causing water to come from the cooling system. to go into a piston slowly a bit more every week till the engine stops then its a new engine. has any one herd this.
