11.4v sounds like a duff battery to me. but test it after a run the following morning. should be over 12.2v

sounds like the rack and pinion unit going stiff or the pump is getting week on it, either one will make it steer hard. :)

Could be the switch pack gone. loook for a replacment or someone who has same you could try theres. but its normaly the switch pack that gose pete tongue. :)
