I think they might have different bushes......Ninety and TDI have squarish ones while i think TD5 and TDCI have cups and the bushes are cone shaped, I think....

Springs are on and, had to drill some nuts someone had welded on out to 10mm for the retainers. Didn't fit the new turrets because the old shocks, which are completely shot, are stuck in the old ones. No wonder I've been getting a rough ride, I compressed the shocks as I took them off and they...

Back ends sorted! Front end is another story, some bright spark ordered 2 rear shocks for mine and 2 for a TD5.... I only found this out late this evening. So temporally the old ones are on until the Front ones come :|

I will aim to start this job as soon as I finish work and carry on through sunday regardless of the weather! hopefully I can join you guys!!

New springs and spring seats front and back, new shocks front and back and new turrets on the front. Yea, I've heard it can be a fun job....especially when you haven't done it before :P

Yea, you would only need a small joining piece if you joined the in and out pipes together.

I would have done, but unfortunately I will be at work and then replacing my suspension :D

Yea, someone broke the drain plug on mine and glued it back on for athsetic purposes :| I got the pipes off the head unit, with some stilsons, but apparently no one sells the pipe fixtures I need to put it all back together so i ran a new pipe in from the tank to the lift pump on my 200TDI...

I think i might be tempted to put some speakers under my dashboard, but at the minute I have two speakers fixed behind the two seats on brackets fixed through the bolts that hold the roof to the back panel of the truck cab. Like the storage in the back by the way Litch!
