Just out of interest did you disconnect the battery when you swapped it. If you did not just try disconnecting for say 10 mins, very slim chance it may sort its self out

You say you cleaned out red plug on injector harness this my suggest you need a new harness fitting, you symptoms certainly could point to it

Sorry for previous message have told you wrong, there is no core plug on rear of cyl head. I had look at engine on bench today its a plastic cover over camshaft

Just had a look on Rave for you there is a core plug on cyl head bulkhead end And some coolant pipes as well i think

Sounds like you may have a duff hawkeye, can you plug it in another TD 5 Disco and prove it Your dash lights will be an ABS sensor very often front nearside. Do prove this first

You say the screen seal looks ok, are you sure it is. I had wet headlining just in front of Bpost, that was leaking screen
