    200tdi starter motor...

Yeah, heat guards coming straight off, is it worth putting the heat guard back on or not? The haynes simply says, unbolt and remove, but it looks fiddlier than that!

    Starter motor issue, help!!

Ok, I've worked out that it's the bendix at fault, looking at the symptoms and researching it. Where can I actually them from?

    Starter motor issue, help!!

Right, my starter motor started sticking when it was really cold, in that it seemed like the solenoid was sticking and it took a few attempts for it to engage the flywheel before starting, then when it got warmer it stopped, so I put it down to the cold. Went to start it today and it started...

    veg. derv mix

Now I wouldn't mind running my 200 on veg oil, whats required to do it? Extra fuel filter I know, but what else to get set up? Where do you get the stuff from and where do you keep it? Also, does it make your car smell like a chippy?

    Air helper springs...

Fair enough, now maybe I should have said what I use my disco for, mainly on road, but I go offroad a bit, so I'm slowly pimping and modding it for offroad, got some nice 235x85 pirelli scorpion muds etc etc. Just fancying new springs and shocks as my shocks and dampers are going rusty and have...

    Air helper springs...

Now are they actually any good, I wouldn't mind some new springs on my 200 disco and if I were to get some, I'd most likely go for HD +2", maybe, or just normal HD springs. Obviously with this slight lift the road handling would go down the ****ter and I've heard air helper springs make it less...

    Sticking starter motor...

    Sticking starter motor...

I can here the motor spinning freely, it takes about 10 seconds of it spinning before it goes crunch and engages the flywheel. Motor off it is then!

    Sticking starter motor...

The starter motor solenoid I think, is sticking on my 200tdi, ever since it's been cold its been sticking and I have to hold the leave the starter running for about 10 seconds or more till the solenoid frees and engages the flywheel. I assumed it was sticking due to the cold, but it was about 6...

    Boost gauge plumbing...

I'm quite fancying a boost gauge, and I'm aware you can just stick a T-piece in in next to the waste gate actuator, but I was thinking it may be more accurate if it's right next to the inlet manifold. Anyone done this or does it make no difference? Cheers!!!

    Extra temp gauge...

You seen the price!! I'm just fancying a better extra temp gauge. I'm thinking I'll get one of them digital jobs and a boost gauge and stick em both in a dual dash pod.Any pics of how people have mounted theres? Also, how have people plumbed in their boost gauges? I know you can just stick a T...

    Extra temp gauge...

    Extra temp gauge...

Anyone here got an extra temp gauge thats accurate? If so, what are good ones to go for? I'm fancying a digital one. How does the temp gauge actually wire in since I've never took one out before? What live would it use and how does the send plug in? I'll be going for an aux pod on the dash to...

    Quick spot light question...

Well thats what I've done at the minute, but personally I think it looks a wee bit bodged. Just fancied it looking a bit more professional really.

Winch Front? Rear? Roof? Or all 3?

Ok, so considering you want it literally just for show and it may get used a couple of times just for the sake of getting stuck and winching out i assume, could you not just save yourself 2k and get a tirfor for £100 instead? If you're wondering what a tirfor is, its a really good hand winch...
