I am starting to wonder would it not be easier to just get a 2nd hand pulley as the 3 bolts look easier to remove and refit?

relays all look fine and no burnt bits on top if it goes again I will pull the fuse box out and have a look under neath but I aint touching it if its working

Well I bent my viscous fan spanner today after my pulley holder finally turned up so it looks like I am buying one of those draper spanners if my neighbors father doesn't have one I can borrow. Might still get one as I like having tools as its better than paying a garage

For some reason the heater fans have kicked back into life I aint complaining it saves me a job. I must have knocked something when I was chasing the lpg wiring in the engine bay but not a clue. Exhaust back boxes have been painted in high temp paint I didnt like the look of the sliver boxes...

Well I take it there is little point in putting up a for sale add on here then but then again they will protect the lights when some old biddies zimmer frame goes flying hmmm

Part of me thinks fit them as it uses the holes in the wings but like the clean look without but not the holes. I'm not up to filling and spraying the wings to get rid of the holes.

So what's everyone's opinions on light guards? I got a set of front ones with tiny, I'm in two minds to fit them wife doesn't like them at all. Should I get a set of rears and fit them all or stick the fronts up on eBay?

I think it's os online maps one of the other scout leaders uses to print off just the area we need for hikes might be useful just print and laminate. Not sure exactly as I haven't done the hill training.

Took her for a run to the skips site wont be taking her again I had to squeeze under the barrier to get in forgot how tall she is. Fitted a new bulb in the tail gate found one in my box of bits so nice and cheap fix.

Ok I am getting really really ****ed off now I cant get the nut to undo the pulley just keeps turning. I've tried tightening up the belt, jamming a cloth between the pulley and belt. What is the best way to hold the pulley or should I just undo the 3x 10mm bolts and remove the lot and and fight...
