can anyone recommend a drill bit that'l drill right through the rail, needs to be long enough to drill from passengers side. my drill bits cant handle the STRENGTH of the landy!

mornin chaps, got my new used front seats for my defender 90 startin on passenger side first, problem bolt...back left hand side (closest to seat belt clip'/middle seat) a piccy is attached. the fecker is sooo awkward I cant get at it!anyone experience this and can offer advice?
