Hi guys, thanks for all the replies. I really like the look of the Croytec hinges but let's be serious, who can afford £300 for a set of hinges? So think it's the other option, drill, tap, stainless caphead bolt, etc. That sounds like a great idea to me. Thanks once again.

Thanks for the replies guys. The TD5 hinges sound appealing, I didn't realise that they had plastic bushes in, but that would make sense. As for roll-lock pins, sorry, but I really don't know what they are - could you explain?
