    yes but i got a replacement used one for a fiver , its seems in good order apart from a possible missing weight , the old one could always be rebuilt as a spare yes? the replacement is the one shown in the first pic link

    to be honest the ends are a little chewed from a) the battering the free end got and b) the angle the other one ended up at , is there any good reason not to fit the other other than the chance of a missing weight, as it liiks a little chewed now and the grease nipple on it has been snapped off...

    never mind on the bolts folks , just priced them up and its not woth the risk of reuseing after a fail , advise still welcome on the alignment tho:)

    ok guys normally i'd search but my front prop just failed bigtime:doh: , do i need all new nuts & bolts or can i reuse , secondly does the new prop have to be oriented the same as the old one or will it just do as long as it fits , cheers in advance

    okeydokey , so assuming the 235's are suitable without mods to the body , any particular makes and types to look to as a good allrounder , preferably that are no more than £60.00 ish each:D

    just replacing like for like , at the moment its running nankang wide conquerer a/t's and kumho venturer in that size , is there a good and valid reason for change to 205/70's apart from them having a thinner wall profile as to be honest it doesnt suffer from body roll , it wanders a bit at 65+...

    any recommendations before i waste money on some crap ones:doh: , it will have to be a couple of budget ones so have been looking at the likes of the toyo tranpath 205/80 -16 , or the yokahama G012,they are mainly used for on road but nice to have an option. cheers in advance peeps

    today i dropped the gearbox oil , and filled with fresh dexron3 oil , Managed to wear a cupfull on my right arm & shoulder lol . transfer box next week maybe:p

    the drivers seat in my 200tdi is killing me , doesnt seem to have any lumbar padding so just sort of hunches my back , is this normal? any recommendations as to other suitable seats that dont cost the earth & are practical for daily use but dont crucify your back , pleeease:eek:

    what about a thin bit of metal (jewelers screwdriver?) a very small blob of superglue & a steady hand ,since the locks fecked with that bit in worst case is its still tatered best case is that the end of the key comes out. No warranty of any kind implied or given lol

    when ive had this on other cars in the past i always used jumpleads to act as an earth by running one from the block to the battery neg , usually gives a quick indicator as to where the problem lies if it is an earth problem

    just after a yes / no answer basically , even with £30.00 quids derv in the fuel light is on and level is below the red , is this broken wire or earthing issue , or something else entirely:eek:. just after narrowing down the search , thankyou please:)

    motor world used to stock them & also the sticky digits , when the law changed to make them illegal due to not being traceable to a buyer & supplier they continued to sell them as signage panels & digits , worth a look if theres one in your neck of the woods , alternatively any worthwhile...
