I've nearly destroyed the lip on the speedo gear housing trying to remove it, it won't budge or even move at all, trying to get it to turn but no luck. It's been soaked in WD40 for the past 2 days and I'm now stuck and looking for tips on removing it.

That was just a pic I found on the net as I'm at work so couldn't take one but now that you meantime it my new speedo cable does have what looks like a big washer on the end with 3 holes in it. My old one didn't have that

I'm looking for the part number for the nut and bolt/stud below, I've looked through the parts catalogue and can't seem to find it. It's an LT230 22B suffix incase there different.

Yeah, It broke just after where it goes into the transfer box. Part number is PRC6022 and I've got the choice of Bearmach Or Allmakes, Anybody got any experience of either? I've rule's out BritPart and Genuine is a little expensive :)

My apologies, I've edited the original post. It's a 2.5na, 1986 with a 22B suffix LT77. After reading other posts they suggest the speedometer could be at fault also

After refitting my speedo cable and taking it for a drive to test it decided to snap. There was no movement in the speedometer for a new hundred meters then it suddenly shot straight up then back down. I'm looking for a new one but I'm a little confused at what one to buy, it comes up as 2...

Got a Lucas relay and sadly it's still clicking, time to check all the earths.

My Hinges were shot and the door just wouldn't line up with lot's of play in the pin, I ordered new ones but was unable to get the hinge off with an Impact driver and for some reason Just couldn't drill it out. Out came the Angle Grinder :) I just cut through the Hinge itself to release...

Everything is working fine and no other problems except the clicking relay, flashers are functioning properly, it is a Brit part relay :p

I'm following this threat as I've got some stains to clean off a mono block drive way after I've finished :)

When my engine is running my Flasher unit/Relay clicks slowly varying in speed depending on if I turn on my side lights ect. Is this a faulty relay or a bad earth connection something? It's a 2.5NA Thanks Chris

It's been wired in to operate the water jets for the front window.

I'm needing a new one of these as I lost the top part of it but I'm not to sure what it's called?

Other way around bud, was a 17 I think for the drain plug and the 1/2" drive fitted perfect to get the filler plug out. Thanks guys :D no idea why I didn't think of that. Was trying everything else lol

Which tool do I need to remove the oil filler plug on an lt230. It's square :)

I finally found the serial number but I can't find any reference to a 22B, only a 22D. Unless I'm reading it wrong.
