Im betting on the matalan thing ! . having looked at it again the fusebox is showing signs of damp , im going to swap it for another , i quite like the fact it starts and the imobiliser seems to have fell out and disappeared .

Ok sooo whilst driving long my headlights flicker on and off :( so today i decided to prod around whilst it was running and when i jiggle the fuse box about the lights stopped flickering , but then the hazard lights just flash all the time ,and a green box in pass footwell it clicking like...

I took mine off ,and its great off road , the car stays more level over the average stuff , but its a bit worse on road , still drive at the speeds i always have and it hasnst tipped over yet , oh and it passed the mot no probs . the early disco's and rrc's didnt have them anyway

Fair play to you for returning and posting the remedy , mine is doing the same and i have noticed a Kink in the return hose back to the pump ,it feels like hard plastic type pipe ,the little pipes are braided type rubber . do you think this could be my problem?
