    im looking to buy a selection of nice new yellow passivated nuts bolts and washers. What would be the most used size across the classic with regards to fixtures and fittings. I’m thinking mostly M6 and M8?

    That’s really useful Doug thank you. The windscreen washer bottle side seems to share all the same hardware, the drivers side where the abs is mounted however is very different. So I’ll need a bit more help on that if anyone can. Doug on mine there’s like a silver capacitor type thing attached...

    Is there anyone out there with a v8 vogue that could send me some pics of the engine bay specifically the inner arches. I need to re bolt all the Bits on the arches, tanks, coil, abs etc etc. It means redrilling new holes . So good shots of those areas for reference would be much appreciated.

    The tyres are fine mikie, we’re not talking perishes and cracked tyres here, my friend runs the same on his restoration he managed a full set he has another full set for his 2nd RRC resto. What is more interesting he works in a lab for Dunlop, so he certainly knows plenty about rubber, he said...

    Plenty of meat! That’s a good find. Michelin do the XZL but it doesn’t have the siping for snow. Unless they do an M+S version which would be very close to the xm+s 244

    I’ve got 4 , 3 are virtually like new condition. One has been used but still 8mm. I want 1 more in top condition. There were 4 in Germany that’d never been unwrapped €90 I missed out though. I believe the G wagon was issued with the same tyres as the RRC.
