    I wouldn't be happy with my temp gauge sitting there in normal driving, its supposed to be about the middle of the gauge isn't it ? Like your before pic. Your engines going to get hot if you get stuck in a jam. My 200tdi sits same as your before pic and my heater is spot on, wouldnt it be better...

    I repaired my own with a stainless m8 bolt solid as a rock Also drilled and tapped for an m6 grease nipple note the grub screw

    My 90 was exactly the same. Turned out to be the block on the back of the ignition switch it had worked itself loose cable tied mine till I bought another no problem since :)

    it seems its cheaper to put a learner on,as they're never unsupervised in the car. I did this on the car with both lads when they were learning. As soon as they pass there test the price gets ridiculous :confused:

    It was NFU that quoted £1700 so there not that expensive, told me to give them a ring when my policy is up for renewal. Said they can probably beat what I'm paying Flux for myself
