I had the wheel balanced and aligned when i put new tyres on her. will a buckled wheel be ok on the rear ?

Hi Folks I saw on e.bay a kit that allows you to fit cruise control to your disco, I have a 2001 td5 manual, the advert said all the parts needed ar supplied in kit and should take less than an hour to fit , I was wondering if anyone has done this and doeas it work? Many thanks, Andy:welcome2:
