Finally got around to taking the Becm out. Doesn't look like there is any water damage. Any other ideas as to fuse 1 blowing? Maybe somebody knows where I can find a diagram for the Becm?

I think if you want a bling SUV, go and buy a Jeep. British SUV's are made for the rough stuff, so swap all that road crap and get some mudterrains, winch bumper and a snorkel. Then you will have a NICE P38.

You can bypass the thermostat by earthing one of the wires at the plug going into the pump. Have a look at Range Rovers. They have all the answers.

Hi All My wife left the doors open during a thunder shower. Now I have a short on fuse 1 below the driver seat. Disconnected all plugs related to Fuse 1. Doesn't help. Also 1 numberplate light and light below back seat ashtray stays on. Any advice?

Hi. I.ve cut a hole in mine. Did some deeeeeep water crossings since and no problems. Will recommend it. I used a jig saw and just lifted up the loose pieces as I went along.

Hi I have a 20w unit on my roof, connected directly to 2 batteries. No problems. Car stands for up to 2 weeks at a time. Always starts. Ran the wire on the side of the windscreen behind that plastic strip thingy on the driver side.

Hi Have you checked your steering damper? If you need to fit one, go to the extra trouble and fit 2. They will then last much longer.

Hi Mine is fitted in that space next to the watch. The aerial is fitted between the back light and the fuel cap. Mine is a small CME unit, so I didn't have to cut anything.
