    p38 1995 diesel suspension

I don't think it is such a bad idea. If the pump is still working you can use it on your tires. I would put dislocating cones on for extra articulation. Maybe even keep the back airbags to inflate manually for when you are overloaded.

    BeCM Problems - again

Hi My instrument pack is dead. I've traced it to the plug at the back of the BeCM. Fuse 1 under the seat keeps on blowing. Pulled the plug on the instrument pack and fuse still blows. Any ideas ? I'm useless with the RAVE stuff. Don't understand it.

    Buying P38

Hi My solar panel is a 20w unit. I have 2x 105 amp batteries. 1 in the normal place and the other in the place where the spare used to be. I have it on a roof rack. Never have a flat battery ! ! ! ! I ran the wire next to the windscreen behind that plastic thingy. On the roof the wire goes...

    Stuck in first

Hi My car seem to stay in first gear, low range, if I floor it. If I tap the padel, it changes up normally. Is this right or do I have to worry?

    Help

I got manual valves and they are great. From my experience you don't need to take the car anywhere. The whole EAS is very easy. Have a look at www.rangerovers.net. They have ALL the answers.

    Airbag problems

Not so fast actually. That is flat out in 1st low. Up a 50 - 60 degree slope. With lots of axle twisters. Friend with a Cruiser with lockers only made it on the 3rd try.

    Airbag problems

Spoke to the local expert today. He said if you drive on the extended setting and the car goes airborne, the pressure inside the bag gets to high. He suggested that I rather use the setting between hi-way and extended. Any comments?????

    P38 Tyre Load rating

Why would you like to know that? Normally people worry about the maximum, especially the overlanders.

    Range Rover Tyres

Hi Not sure about the 20" rims, but I have 275 tyres and have no problems with handling. Car does seem to be a bit slippery on mud. Seems like it is to wide to really cut through the slimy stuff to the harder stuff underneath.

    Airbag problems

Hi All. Having problems with my driver side rear bag. The bakelite guide at the bottom breaks. I took it offroad over the weekend and the first uphill I took, I just heard a bang. Got out and found the pieces lying in the road and my Rangie looked like a Porsche. The same thing happened...

    gearbox fault msg

Hi I'm think there is a filter in the g-box somewhere. Maybe that can be the problem. I got the message a few times, that was due to a fautly battery. I would check the battery first, then have the filter replaced.

    Damp Loom

Sounds like BoB also had BecM problems? I did take mine out, but there was no damage. I also kept it in the sun for about 2 days before putting it back. I will take the car to a Auto Elec tommorrow and see what they say.

    Damp Loom

Thanks Irish. The problem is all my displays are dead. Fuse 1 inside the car keeps on blowing. Also have a problem with light under rear ashtray and 1 plate light always on. Already took the BecM out, but couldn't find any problems with it. It is not coolant thats causing the damp, it is water.

    Damp Loom

Hi Just lifted the carped under the drivers seat, in front of the BecM. Found the whole area to be damp. Suspect corrosion in the loom. Do I have to replace the whole loom or is it fixable?
