BeCM Problems - again

Hi

My instrument pack is dead. I've traced it to the plug at the back of the BeCM. Fuse 1 under the seat keeps on blowing.
Pulled the plug on the instrument pack and fuse still blows. Any ideas ? I'm useless with the RAVE stuff. Don't understand it.

Fuse F1 also feeds the centre console switch pack along with
Rear footwell lamp
Clock
Key illumination
Radio
Front footwell lamps
That's for a 1997 model. You don't say what year yours is.
A fault on any one of those could be blowing the fuse. Obvious ones are the footwell lamps but any of the others could cause it. Process of elimination I'm afraid. You're going to have to get on better terms with Rave I think
