hi i have just tried to put the dog guard in my 197 hse and i am struggling! it has all the correct fittings. i have cut the liner in the areas as told to do in other posts on this forum. but now the female threaded bit that goes into the holes is not staying in!!! any help?

i have just removed a front bull bar set off my 1997 p38 4.6 hse with brackets etc. i am going to eaby them but PM with an offer and see where we go. i also have the full original tow bar system with electrical connections too.

i have headlight washers / wipers on mine. could i get the blue ones or just get the white? dont want to get in trouble with the law. HIDS are what i have been told they are. Still need to know which H type to get. ideas?

oh right i did not know that. what about the bright white ones as opposed to the bright blue ones? i dont mean the boy racer led type ones but the ones that give the brightness like all the modern new cars.

guys, i am looking to get some of the blue high visibilty bulbs for my 1997 4.6 hse and they guy said what bulb reference. i think he H4 or H7 or something similiar to that. does that makes sense? if so which ones should i get to replace the main beam and the high beam? thanks again

the previous owner had replaced the original stereo (apparently broken) with an aftermarket one (no brand so dont think to good) and the aerial connection is a single female type connection as opposed to the standard aerial plug. can i get an adapter to make it fit?

irishrover would it be an idea then to cut all the wires so i can leave inside the back access hatch and put a chocolate block on them with tape and leave them there so if anyone wants to in the future they can just tap into them? but obviously dont want to 'short' any other electrics in the car...

just removed the wiring on the driver's side by disconnecting the white wiring connector and also removed the yellow and white wires that were hard wired into the wires on the passenger side. however when removing the passenger side cables i noticed it also has wires which branch off all the...

cheers irishrover - there are 2 and it is oringinal tow bar so i will look tomorrow. so i take it i could sell these connections and the tow bar as a set then?

sorry for confusion! basically i have just removed my old wavy rear bumper ready to put my new one on but i cant figure out how to disconnect the tow bar electrics - anyone help?

guys i am loving this getting my hands dirty business! i have successfully removed my wavy rear bumper and awaiting delivery tomorrow (hopefully!!!) but i have come stuck against the tow bar electrics... how do i disconnect them from the bumper? i am not good with electrics by the way! apart...
