Wanted to clean her up and do a few odd jobs like Clean her inside an out Fit Service parts filters etc Fit new springs in replace of air bags But after moving it 2 meters and leaving it running it cuts out, then dosnt start! Much head scratching later, filing it up of diesel incase...

My drivers door is knocking a little but so I was sure it just needs a new catch/stay which is a simple job on many of my different cars ive have over the years, but after a quick ebay search there dosnt seem to be any such thing? Am I losing it or has ebay failed me for the first time?

I've bought it for towing my off road disco in the first instance so as long as it can do that I'll be a happy bunny. I can do the basics but would you say it's a tough job to convert? I'm guessing there isn't a easy fix for informing the the ecu?
