Hello folks, My question to you is: Is it normal for a 109 diesel fuel tank to take fuel slowly? I can't get to the first notch on the fill handle without it backing up in the neck and shutting off. Normal or clogged vent do you think? Thanks for the opinions.

Mine is a 109 LHD. When I put new springs on the back it originally had 13 leaf units. Weighed what felt like a ton when I pulled them off. Found some NOS 8 leaf units and put them on. Back works great. Just not a fan of the lean. Might swap sides with the springs to level it out.
