I'm debating this very question myself. I seem to be able to get a top spec RR for the same price or less than a base spec disco 3. What I'm needing to know is what's cheaper to run out of the two. Taking in insurance, tax, mpg cost of spares?

Or just don't. My roof is the only bit of mine that doesn't get cleaned , and it's the shiniest bit of the whole disco. :D

And to add, the yrm mounts are good. I've used YRM for nearly all the panels I've welded or when I haven't just used used steel for patches. But the yrm ones are always a good fit .

Out of interest, how did you connect the slide hammer to the injector. I have a slide hammer but can't really see how I would connect the two without damaging the injector.

**Update** should have it sorted. I couldn't get 6 mm pipe but halfords do a 6mm hose connector for an obscene £2.49 . I'll try and do a how to incase someone else asks the same. But typically it's ****ing down now so watch this space.

Hi Im suspecting injector issues and as far as I know its the smae ones since new at 167000 miles so time to change. Anyway , just wanted advice on whether its better to change whole injector or just the nozzels as obviously a big price difference. Is this easy to swaop the nozzels or a pain.

ther wsas a Jag i think with a cool infrared H.U.D. which was far more useful rather than just speed and rpm etc it projected the IR image of the road ahead meaning you had prctically good night vision. which would be great on green lanes/offroad if caught out in the dark etc as will pick up...
