Hi it's the radio/sat nav screen kept opening on it's own ! No stuck solid and the knobs don't work! However the radio does but obviously can't change channel ! I'm near to Sandbach but do travel to Stockport

Just been out to it again still the sane neither switch working should I disconnect the battery ? I really hope I don't need a new unit !

Help needed please whilst out today after around 30 mins the display unit started to open and close on it's own ! Then after much messing around finally stopped but now neither controls work and the screen shuts down with the message monitor over heating and shutting down the radio continues to...
