depends if you want to shell out a fortune on new lights if yours get damaged.
i have light guards, couple next door have the clear plastic light protectors on their little micra. do the same job (sort of) but look different.
i would fit em but i take my car off road and the witness marks on the guards show they are doing their job

i cant really recall exactly what theyre like on a l322 but ive seen them on the discoverys and think the are pointless as the guards just cover the outside edge of the lenses. on the p38 they do give good protection when offroading.
