Hi, 200tdi engine and gearbox now installed, bulk head is next but does anyone have a wiring diagram for the the 200tdi into a series 3? I would like to connect the wiring and fuel line to check that the engine starts and with the cluch connected check it drives OK.

Hi, I am just about to fit a 200tdi into my series 3 and need to fit series 3 engine mounts. Can I use mounts from any 2 1/4 series engine? Also anyone got any spare?

I am also looking at the Exhaust, I have a full Disco exhaust any advise on the down pipe etc would be appreciated. Also how best to fit the radiator and intercooler, hoses etc. regards

Thanks, I have all the body off and I am removing the bulk head so it will be an easy fit. More concerned about checking the actual engine before I fit it, I don't want to have to remove it once it is in. Any other ideas?

I am installing a 200tdi in to my series 3 SWB. Can anyone give me advise on what I should do to the engine before I install it. Obviously a new timing belt is a start anything else?
