Hi, in the middle of my S3 restoration, chassis is rebuilt and much stronger than origional, both axles and brakes rebuilt (11" front). I now come to fitting the 200tdi and gear box. The engine is getting new belt, crank seals head gasket and sump gasket.
My next issue is the exhaust, do I go for a Steve Parker front pipe and use stock disco parts or the full steve parker system? Any alternatives? Suggestions please.

depends on your ability of making stuff fit and what you have left from the donor motor.
if moneys no object then get the steve parker system, if you can adapt to fit and your on a budget use the disco system.
if you cant adapt to fit and are on a budget, then its time to learn.

i make my own from scrap materials, made three and a half so far first was my 88" 200tdi second was an 88" prima engined which was fun as the manifold was on the drivers side so i wrapped the exhaust under the gearbox to then follow the original path

the third was on my 109 , nice and easy

all any of them cost me is time :D
