cheers sean. the only reason im not keeping it original, is that i want a diesel for wading, and towing things aswell. i had a 2.25 before, and i had nothing but problems with worn injector pumps and over heating. so thought i would try the turbo options, better for towing up hills etc.. but...

i think i have decided that i am going to drop in a 2.5 TD out of an early depender. the power seems alright, and i dont think it should damage any of the drive train. what are your thoughts?

but nearly everyone says to remove the turbo off of a 200tdi, because there is too much power. so i thought a 2.5 na would be better, less messing about??
