Its is running rich and smoking black a bit from the exhaust,also it doesnt start straight away,but if i turn the ign on and prime the fuel it will start start straight away. Well from what i,ve found with a bit of digging the Lucas gems and the Bosch injectors are the same dimensions whats more you can fit a Bosch green injector in a gems set up.The Lucas give a single spray jet where as the Bosch gives a 4 jet spray jet paterrn

dont know,because as i say there are two types of injector,one for the gems and one for the bosch,just wondered if they are the same dimensions.

hi tomcat yes done all that my tank is ok ,but the the bad fuel has already got through to my injectors,going to remove them and test them on the bench to see what i,ve got,may be able to let them soak in injector cleaner to free the off ,if not it looks like new injectors.
