These winches arn't actualy too bad. I'v normally got an XD9000i on the front but I havn't swapped back yet as the B'part one is much better at winching. The controlers not the best and they are difficalt to fit unless you have the right bumper, but very good at winching!!! Hey I can't complain...

Just so that you know, These starter motors may be the same (ERR5009). On the 200Tdi it was part number PRC5109N up to engine number 12L50756 and then ERR5009 thereafter. If it was the ERR5009 on your 200tdi you are ok to use it on your 300tdi. I'm not sure if the PRC5109N is compatable for...
