Don’t think so Haynes manual say just bolt. And it’s just a long bolt no tapers at all. So was thinking as these seem to always rust to bush sleeves and are a cow to remove. Was to replace them with two bolts well greased washers either side which should in theory stop them rusting to bush...

hi has anyone any idea why they put one long bolt holding lower link bar and tracking adjuster and surly you could change this to two single bolts without affecting tracking adjustment. As I cannot see how changing it over should be a proplem

Problem solved it turned out to be a bad refurbished high pressure pump. Had it tested and on strip down found a burr on pump shaft which was squaring the seals. Cheers for all your input

Cleaned map sensor and can sensor contacts. Just pulled return feeds of each injector and all ****ing out fuel when fitted just a dribble so think I best get onto refurb company as they have only done 9000 miles. Will try and get codes but think they might just confirm what I think

hi all I’ve got this proplem where the right side elm comes on at about 2600 revs but only when engine about half way on temp gauge. It’s an 05 td4 had refebished high pressure pump 6 months ago new low pressure pump filter at same time. Injectors replaced with reconditioned about 10 months ago...

Hi all quick update was a vac pipe someone routed her valve pipe under the steel water pipe under fuel pipes melted right through all new pipe and now have power when I need it thanks for all your input

Hi all do any of you clever people know what this pipe does just come a cross it. It on a fl1 td4 Can not see where it goes but must have a reason for being there.
