just fitted new engine into 300tdi 95 dicovery and all works sweet except speedo and rev counter any ideas

just replaced engine in discovery i bought recently every thing runs sweet except the speedo and rev counter are they both eletronic and any reason they would both stop working all warning lights are ok and working anyone help or is it just a case of buying new dash

anyone go any tips or short cuts to removing the engine of 300tdi auto or should i do aas it says in haynes manual i do know they tend to go round the houses removing engines

when taking the engine out of my discovery is it better to leave the torque converter conected to fly wheel or unbolt it from flywheel and leave it in gear box

dont know if this is the right forum to ask in but am after a s3 gear box in resonable condition just taken mine out and has cracked bell housing and think is past servicable condition if anyone can help would be v grateful
