    Disco II Sunroof

I sorted my sunroofs out the same way as others by taking the headlining out and re gluing the corner pieces BUT, i think my main problem was the rear sunroof rubber seal had lifted in the corner so wasn't sealing. More rain water got into the car when it was parked nose downhill slightly at an...

    Anyone Know a good Arsonist!!

I realise you have had the compression tested but white smoke out of the exhaust smacks of coolant leak, cracked head or head gasket. Considering what you have gone through so far it may be worth taking the head off and checking it properly.

    ACE pipes

I have just collected my car from the Land rover Indy garage that i use and he doesn't want the job of changing the ace pipes. Anyways i did get a quote for the parts and jeez those rubber seals are expensive. I am now trying to decide on whether to keep the ace system or do away with it...

    ACE pipes

Thanks guys. I think i will just bite the bullet and buy ready made. I thought rubber pipe of a suitable strength would be a way to go as heavy plant machinery uses it on their hydraulics.

    Door jammed

I have had this same problem. You can feel everything moving as you would expect but unfortunately what has happened is the cable ( like a bike brake lever cable) has come out of it's slot in the lock housing so the outer isn't clamped anymore and the inner isn't moving enough to release the...

Replacing the harness that the oil travels in can be changed easily. Once you remove the large plastic cover over the engine then the harness is just under the rocker cover.
