To be honest I tried using similar cables to fix my window a little while ago and failed. But that was due to the cable popping off the spool part and bending the cable and it didn't wind round like it should. But ye they are worth a go. I just could not figure which way the cable had to wind on...

Hi Just incase anyone is interested, put my hippo in for it's mot the other day with the egr bypass on. It passed with flying colours and the emissions were lower to. Thanks to all the posters on here!

Poorboy trim restorer is very good. I tried it out the other day, again like most its not permanent but it does improve the look of the bumpers alot. Well worth the money.

I ended up with Adrian flux I know they get some bad reviews but I got fully comp, drive other cars, green lane cover for £500 which ain't to bad I thought.
