Here are my wind deflectors bought from an indi in liverpool and they work great and they only cost £40 inc vat.

Hi I used all different stuff that you can buy from auto shops and found the best stuff was linseed oil,It works a treat on bumpers and trim and stays looking good for some time and with all the rain we have had it does not streak.

Hi I only have one key + fob,The other day I nearly locked my car by accident with the key in ignition including the fob. My question is if I had another fob that was programmed to the car would it have unlocked the door even though the other fob was inside the car. I know this sounds silly...

I think you have to go to main dealer or independent to get it working,That's what I have seen on here. Search for new key fobs and you should find it.

Hi The window rubber surrounds have started to bubble and I am worried that the metal behind them is rusting,I would like to replace them but do not know where to get them from, I do not want to go to main dealer. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi Mine is a Es 2002 model and I just touch the joystick towards the floor and they both fold, except when I forgot and ripped the nearside off on the gate post. I got a right B*****kin off the wife and I used to be a driving instructor !!!

Hi As Singvogel says I have been driving automatics for some years and have always put it in neutral if you have to wait at traffic lights for any length of time.

Hi Thanks for reply, I did ask them about the type of oil and they only use the correct type of oil for that gearbox.

Hi Just had the auto gearbox oil changed by Rover Indy and they also drained back axle and refilled all for £116 including vat. Thought that was good.:)

The easiest way is to hold a piece of cloth on the dipstick as you withdraw this keeps it centre until the last few inches then you get an accurate reading,This is all I do.

Hi Labiarat Thank you for reply,I have just been to Rover Independent to get it booked in for a auto gearbox oil change as I think this is the best place for oil change after reading some of the horrors stories.
