i have a plug left over,with 2 wires,on same line as coil pack plug,but cant remember were it goes,dont think its part of the coil,just fitted cylinder heads and its not sparking,but need to now were this plug goes,
does anybody now of location of window ecu mk1 disco,k reg,v8,4 door,front windows have stopped working,rear are ok,on a 1995 its behind the glove box,but its not there on mine,
thats superb mate,im just in the middle of trying to get a rad for it,someone put a sealer in the rad to cure the leaking matrix but its blocked the rad up,so when ive done the rad ill do seals on the matrix,
hi,ive just googled it,it came up with o rings,the pipes going into matrix have o rings which leak,ill fix the radiator first then take away some of the dash to see if i can see if o seals are leaking and take it from there,hopefully it just needs o seals mate,its awkward to do but can be done...
thanks for that,ill put them in the new pipes,the engine i got them off had carbs on,im going to buy them aswell,i would like to fit them,is that an easy job,can i do away with all injection system,thanks dave,
another thing which is happening,its auto,and sometimes if put in reverse something locks up,you have to press accelerator and then it makes a clonk and moves,dont think its the gearbox,as i stuck it in neutral got out and tryed to push backwards and was locked up somewere,
ill get the 300 then,will it go straight on,just disconnect shocks,trailing arms,prop,brake pipes to calipers,there is 4 discos getting broke,i think the newest is n reg,i gather it will be a 300,
i have same prob on v8 disco auto,k reg,are the axles same as 200 or 300 diesels,as there is 4 getting broke near me,and im sure out the 4 there will be a better axle,
all the clocks were taken out to weld bulkhead,but i never stripped it,fuel guage not working,and some loose wires,so could do with a pic,or wiring diagram,
just need to sort the wiring out behind the speedo,some loose wires doing nothing,i now they could be spares but one or 2 should be connected to something,
towed the jeep and it went,switched off and would not go again off the key,the live is at the solenoid on the pump,but live switches off when you turn engine over,does anyone have a pic of the wiring at the back of the speedo as this has been out to weld bulkhead,
