FRC6318 Spring - Reverse Gear Locking Plunger - LT77 is this the "button" that im looking at? that is pressed in once the gear lever is is pushed into reverse? there is a little pin that is pushed out the end when this button is pressed in??

yeah its the plate, you can buy the plate for a few pounds but luckily enough my new job is in a gearbox refurb place and we had one lyin around! :) thanks for the info anyways although i do still need the little button that push' in as i presume the extra pressure put on it since the plate...
