It is definitely a Capilliary action, all Mercedes 5 Speed auto trans do the same thing, and there theTransmission is much lower than the TCU, but still the Trans Fluid ends up in the TCU causing all manner of grief ;)

Thank You for the reply. Yup, I got that now, I have 2 PCB's that have the sticker on their Chips, so hopefully those 2 will do. The original Key I got with the car doesn't have the sticker, yet to check the Book Pack, but it is possible this Car has had the BCM Changed anyways :rolleyes...
