Sorry for late reply trax. I tried that and it still blew the fuse. Changed the earth lead, the wire from relay to starter, the wire from the battery to the starter, the starter motor twice, the battery, the relay box, the fuse box... its still blowing the fuse...

Didnt think of checking underneath the fusebox. It started happening after i drove through a puddle (i didnt see it as was on a bend) to fast. The water went over my windscreen so i gathered water had got at something to cause it.

I would but they wanted £60 just to look at it. Cant afford it at the minute.

I changed the relay today and its still blowing the fuse. I got a multimeter delivered today aswell but have no idea how to use it.

Got my first freelander the other day. Went to check the oil and the dipstick only goes in about 2 inches. Any ideas what the problem might be and how to resolve it. Thanks in advance.

So ive got my first landy two days ago. Its a freelander 1.8 petrol 2000. Ive heard alot of bad things about these but only since i got it. Ive always wanted a landy so when i got the chance i got it. Should have looked into it more first but hey ho. Whats peoples opinions on these?

Im looking at getting my first landrover. Looking at a discovery at the minute. The thing is i want a 7 seater but seen one i like that is a 5 seater. Can i add 2 more seats in the back? Thanks. :cool:
