hi guys,more woes for me done pump yesterday using seal and cylinder set from holland on ebay,whole job just went to sh*! hex key snapped in the first whole(drilled the motherf£$%&*! out though )then i filed my own hex key for second grub scew,changed seal and cylinder put back in car snapped...

are you using base and 2 pack clear coat cos a few cans out of halfords will look turd,also degrease with your paint thinners or acetone,plastic primer is vital as allready posted,mop up your hole car with fine compound and polish hey presto the beast is fresh as a daisy

i dont think anythings a pikey mobile untill your filling up with diesel and the copper filling up behind you checks your taxed as he walks past.g reg daihatsu fourtracks work a treat.

hey simon, mine took 9 litres ,and you forgot take bolts out and pull lift pump to the side so you can change filter,just being picky! regards steve
