hi guys,more woes for me done pump yesterday using seal and cylinder set from holland on ebay,whole job just went to sh*! hex key snapped in the first whole(drilled the motherf£$%&*! out though )then i filed my own hex key for second grub scew,changed seal and cylinder put back in car snapped one of the brass studs:confused: managed to get nut on it though,started car went up and down and seemed real quiet,then went to pick missus up and on the move pump seems to run alot and really noisey,under bonnet you can hear it pump then a click and what sounds like a release of air does this repeatedly,im worried could be valve block but not one corner goes down over night and she's on new sacks.

help .steve.:confused::confused::confused:

You have a leak somewhere me thinks. Pump is just doing it's thing, although it should not be over noisy. All it is doing is replacing air being lost. Seal the leak all should be well.

cheers wammers had a look with car running it sounds like the click comes from far left solenoid as you look at it from passenger of car gonna do some googling see if i can trace it to a certain corner.thanks for your reply.
