I always use a 4ft wrecking bar between the hub and back of wheel to act as a lever..... Never not got a wheel off using this method, I prefer it to using a hammer ;)

cleaned out the iacv, It idles beatifully but still won't rev above 2000rpm when slightly warm. It is almost like its hitting the rev limiter at 2000rpm then it chokes up (deep groan from the inlet) proper head scratcher :wtf:

Hmmm, might be worth fitting a separate timed relay to illiminate the problem of the pumps fighting each other? I think it's known as a j k flipflop timing circuit??

Might be worth checking the outers to as these thing's have a cunning way of transmitting noises along the drive shafts. ;)

Whats the latest then will? Is the system still air free n gettin hot nice n quick? I have fitted the modified stat setup with the thermostat at the low point near the rad, trouble is the engine seems to get up to temp nice and quick wich is good but struggles to heat the cab efficiently can't...
